What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Updated the module version for lambda terraform, along with this PR: DataDog/terraform-aws-lambda-datadog#52

For things like the latest lambda layer versions we slot them in from a constant (sample usage), do you think it makes sense to do the same here?

potentially! we should also be able to automate the process like we do in the frontend
