- Refactors config to include database uri for respective config - CReated schema to create tables - Script to connect to db and execute create table queries - App instance created using configurations defined in config file - Adds Env File with environment variables - Configured run.py to use config
- Refactored travis db postgres
- Improves test coverage by removing uneeded return statements
