🐙 v0.23.2 — build + installer fixes

🐛 Fixed

• n8 build compiles again. The capsule emitter's include_str! of capsules/templates/*.tmpl wasn't copied into the Docker builder stage, so nemesis8-entry failed to compile (os error 2, exit 101) and every n8 build died. Fixed by copying capsules/ into the builder before cargo build (mirrors the existing web/ include).
• The upgrade command works when pasted into PowerShell. The Windows update hint printed powershell -c "irm … | iex" — a cmd.exe form that re-parses inside PowerShell, breaking the pipe so the fetched script was evaluated line-by-line ("missing }" / empty-string errors). It now prints the bare irm https://nemesis8.nuts.services/install.ps1 | iex, matching the Unix curl … | sh form (assume the target shell; no wrapper).

n8 update, or re-run the installer. Windows binaries are Azure-signed; macOS (Intel + Apple Silicon) and Linux (x64 + arm64) included.
