v0.24.2 — n8 build can actually refresh

Fixes n8 build silently reusing stale state — why omp/agy/hax never updated, and why a base fix (like 0.24.1's pinned mcp) looked like a no-op.

  • n8 build --update-providers — re-resolve the agent CLIs (omp, agy, hax, …) to latest by busting only the provider-install layer (base/venv stay cached, so it's fast). Use this when a CLI shows "update available."
  • n8 build --no-cache — full fresh rebuild + re-pull the base. The guaranteed force rebuild.
  • n8 build --pull — re-fetch nemesis8-base so base-dependency fixes (e.g. Python deps in requirements.txt) reach you.
  • Troubleshoot → wipe image — now runs builder prune -f after rmi, so a wiped rebuild is genuinely fresh instead of reusing cached layers.

Root cause: the unpinned "latest" provider layer was cached (froze the CLIs), FROM nemesis8-base:latest was never re-pulled (local tag reused), and "wipe image" only removed the image tag.
