• 折叠区：项目行 ⋯ →「收入折叠区」；折叠项目集中到底部，可再次展开，并在顶部目录中显示「折」标记
• 吸顶项目目录：列表顶部显示全部项目胶囊（自动换行、可滚动）；当前项目文件夹行固定在目录下方
• 点击目录胶囊会展开并滚动到对应项目；折叠区项目会先打开折叠区
• 项目顺序保存在浏览器本地，主页看板顺序同步

• 主页按项目（Workspace）横向排列看板，每个项目一列
• 每个看板复用左侧栏同一棵树：分支层级、组文件夹、颜色标记、运行状态、子代理、行内 ⋯ 菜单全部一致
• 点击树节点关闭主页并打开会话
• 看板头支持新建会话、项目置顶 / 置底、选择目录添加项目

dsh-mindmap-chat v0.2.0 (static-plugin fix)

Fixes the static-install load errors of 0.1.x.

• lib/ converted from dynamic-plugin source to the static plugin spec:
  • host.js: export default + webServer HTTP routes (/dsh-mindmap-chat/*)
  • client.js: ModuleLoader.load + styles DOM injection + host.call->fetch
• package.json main/exports point to the node half (lib/host.js)
• Core mind-map logic unchanged; dynamic source kept in src/ (dual-track)

• Mind-map view (Flowith-style live tree): trunk = main line across all rounds; forks sprout on the same horizontal line; one column per branch; post-fork-only display; siblings align when fully parallel; overlapping siblings shift down; archived trunk promotes the most-original branch.
• Sidebar conversation tree: group folders (2+ members), re-parent branch into group (merge-all / move-self), run-status dots, keyword search, archive and terminal soft-delete.
• Compaction support: pre-compaction summary fold blocks (default open/collapsed configurable), "compress this node" action.
• Load-performance tooltip in the map header (more branches = slower; ~7–8 branches may take up to 20s).
