What's Changed

• Fixed compact V5X/MXW01 replies without assuming CRC/FF trailers. The release-candidate build was confirmed to work by a user in #44.
• Added Eleph Label ESC printing and compressed ESC/TSPL rasters. Connection preparation now reads printer settings to select the command dialect and geometry without rewriting saved media settings, and reports confirmed printer faults.
• Corrected Phomemo compact-printer raster recipes, reply framing, and session handling, and Print Master setup and completion acknowledgements. Removed incorrect Phomemo model mappings.
• Corrected Luck raster geometry, compression, grayscale, density/speed negotiation, media recipes, status handling, and print-finalization transactions.
• Unified grayscale and dithering selection in the desktop GUI, CLI, and high-level API. Supported grayscale is preferred by default; the CLI now accepts --image-mode.
• Improved NIIMBOT reply synchronization and shared row encoding, including early completion replies and fragmented responses.
• Tightened whitespace-sensitive and combined model detection, unsupported exclusions, and catalog audits.
• Unified connection-time configuration assembly, added job-scoped runtime state and BLE write-control hooks, and expanded shared raster builders and regression coverage.

API changes: PrintSettings.image_mode replaces dither_mode and pixel_format_override at the high-level settings layer. None selects supported grayscale, otherwise Atkinson. Low-level raster formats and dithering remain separate concepts. See the integration guide.
