v3.5.0: A new free plan: 5 hours of audio a month

The free plan now gives 5 hours of audio a month and up to 1 hour per conversation, with monthly allowances for chats, reports, maps and analyses. Conversations are no longer locked after an hour, and a client workspace shares its organisation's allowance. Staff set the limits on their own page.
