Moving the v0 major tag no longer leaves a red Release run. The Release workflow now
triggers only on a full vX.Y.Z tag (v[0-9]+.[0-9]+.[0-9]+) instead of v*, so the
major-tag force-move that follows every release no longer starts it and fails looking for a ## [0] CHANGELOG section. tests/test_release_workflow.py evaluates the filter with
GitHub's documented pattern syntax. (CMX-366)
Changed
The install instructions now point at PyPI. The landing hero is uvx chelamux dashboard,
the judge-sweep one-liner uses --from chelamux, and the docs quickstart leads with uv tool install "chelamux[dashboard, telegram]", keeping git clone + uv sync --all-extras
as the from-source path. PyPI gets tagged releases only; a git+https:// install tracks the
default branch. The README and Getting Started install block stays on git+https://,
because the fresh-install check swaps that URL for the commit under review. (CMX-367)
Added
chela --version (and chelamux --version) prints chela <version> from the installed
package's metadata, or chela 0.0.0+unknown from a source tree with none. It used to fail
with unrecognized arguments. A test now also reads the landing hero's install command out
of the page and fails if README.md stops showing it verbatim. (CMX-368)
