  • feat: minimal mode (-M / --minimal) — hash-only mode that writes only the .md5 manifest file; skips .meta, .log, .run.log, lock files, first-run logic, meta signatures, and log rotation; compatible with md5sum/sha256sum output format; configurable via MINIMAL=1 in config

  • test: 7 new tests — -M flag parsing, --minimal long flag, .md5-only output, hash format validation, FIRST_RUN=0 forcing, write_meta no-op, verify_meta_sig bypass
