What's new

• Drag to reorder projects — grab a project by the new grip handle (⠿) at the left of its title (or any non-interactive part of the card) and drop it on another project to move it
• A dashed outline highlights the drop target; the order is saved and restored on next launch
• Replaced HTML5 drag-and-drop with pointer-based dragging, since the Tauri webview intercepted the HTML5 drag events (which is why reordering previously did nothing)
