Usage Dashboard v0.32.0

  • The usage service now only serves the dashboard data (GET /v1/usage). /v1/advies and its rules are gone: which account an agent takes is decided by the agents themselves (agents-infra for Hermes, ACCOUNTS.md for /delegeer), not in this repo. Get-Usage.ps1 no longer has -Advies.
