Diffo 0.20.0

Diffo 0.20.0 lets you read a layer's files in folder order as well as the agent's, and fixes a stalled outline that could keep reading "Outlining…".

Added

• Read a layer by folder. The pane reads a layer's files in the order the
  agent outlined them. The foot of the layer's card, Read the files in,
  now offers the other way: folder order, as the Files tab lists them. J /
  K and n follow the pick; the rail's folder tree is unchanged. One pick
  for the whole review, remembered across reviews.

Fixed

• A stalled outline could keep reading "Outlining…". The stall is
  announced on a timer, and a timer can fire a hair before the clock agrees
  the window has passed; the announcement then still said "delivered", and
  nothing came after to correct it. It now waits out the remainder and
  announces the crossing once it is one.
