1.2.4 - checked(_:) Error Logging

This small release adds logging of checked(_:) errors in code. The checked function wraps most Swift calls into the SQLCipher library to convert SQLite ERROR_CODE values into thrown Errors. Since client code isn't guaranteed to log the circumstances of an error, the checked function itself now serves as a guaranteed logger of unexpected SQLite ERROR_CODE values.
