Initial v0.1.0 release of DingTalk AI Card: turn business data and AI agent output into interactive cards in DingTalk.

Validation and limitations

The implementation passed 205 Python tests and 477 conformance cases before the final README-only change. Synchronization and whitespace checks passed on the final branch head. This release does not establish external DWS build compatibility or end-to-end rendering and interaction on every client; see the repository documentation for compatibility boundaries.
