Overview
Unfortunately, using Trusted Publishing won't work without npm
11.5.1which requires Node.js^20.17.0 || >=22.9.0, and this PR temporarily reverts the changes made here until we can figure them out. I'm going to share more details about this internally so we can discuss possible solutions.
