Pre Release Version v0.6.

Added Support for:
Comments starting with ;
Checks at Compile time for inaccessible Locations in Program and Data Memory

Additionally:
Added Unit Tests for the Compiler

Known Issues:
Both RAL VM and RAL Compiler show the version 0.5 instead of the correct Version 0.6, I simply forgot to change that for now, this will be fixed in the full release.
