First release since v6.6.0 — folds in the v6.7/v6.8/v6.9 series, the UCERF3(-TD) California PSHA line, the v7.x NGA-West2 four-model tree, the R8 rectification, the Ecuador region, and the npm publish identity. Japan production paths stay byte-identical unless a batch explicitly re-froze its anchors.

GMPE / 地面运动

  • NGA-Sub (Parker et al. 2022) for regional subduction events (interface/intraslab, region-saturation pairs per PEER 2020/03 §4.3.4); Chile plate-edge PGA bias −0.55→−0.35 log10.
  • NGA-West2 four-model logic tree for regional crustal events: BSSA14 + CY14 + CB14 + ASK14, faithful transcriptions verified against pinned hazardlib sources (fixtures at |Δln| ≤ 3.6e-15, σ ≤ 4e-16), equal 0.25 weights (USGS NSHM convention), BSSA14 keeps its regional Dc3 variant.
  • BSSA14 full-period SA table (105 rows, 0.010–10.00 s): regional crustal PSHA SA/UHS no longer collapses to a single model; five-city UHS re-based and documented.
  • Japan keeps Zhao et al. (2006) with its frozen calibration.

PSHA

  • Regional source models for six regions (California / Italy / Chile / Taiwan / New Zealand / Ecuador, the new sixth full-pipeline region): ComCat-derived gridded GR + UCERF3-derived California characteristic sources (schema v3), packaged gmpeTree consumed by the engine.
  • Time-dependent PSHA (UCERF3-TD): Field 2015 magnitude-dependent aperiodicity table, OpenSHA-exact renewal probability gains (BPT open-interval integral rewritten to a Simpson tail form after a 3.5× cancellation error was caught).
  • R8: J-SHIS comparison rebuilt on the official eqcode decomposition; ERC scenario rates re-sourced to primary literature.

  • Regional strong-motion scorecard: 19 events / 3,235 stations (USGS Shakemap stationlists; candidates below the instrumented-station floor honestly rejected).
  • Regional tsunami scorecard (3 events / 17 points) with the Pedernales observation-expansion closure documented.
  • opts.psv production question closed by measurement: pre-registered 900-realization quad-double gate array — all three band gates FAIL → MEASURED-NO-CURE, permanent research state; twoTierQd router shipped as research infrastructure.
