decreased vendor reset from 10 to 4 minutes
attempt to remove skins from loot pool
changed world drops mod to expanded legendary pools mod so we can get blue text items as mission rewards
re-instated some explosion and particle effects that were missing due to over-optimization
added physx optimzer mod
added more blood mod
