v0.2.11 — Claude Code 2.1.309 compatibility

Fixes injection compatibility with Claude Code 2.1.309 and 2.1.310. Additional startup code moved the trusted-device check beyond the locator's search window; the window now covers the unchanged guard.

Verified all 17 gates on 2.1.309/2.1.310 and the oldest version of each supported profile (2.1.229, 2.1.238, 2.1.239, 2.1.248). On 2.1.310, verified gate rebinds, environment registration, and the full worker-spawn chain through the data-plane WebSocket connection. Unit tests and CLI build pass.
