修复 Team 登录用户通过 control-claude 使用 /rc 时，出现 “Remote Control is disabled by your organization's policy. Contact your organization admin for access.” 的问题。

交互桥接初始化会独立检查 allow_remote_control，此前的注入未覆盖这一处。新增检查点在策略函数的定义模块中修改当前调用的局部结果，兼容只读模块导入、策略缓存未加载和重复连接。处理范围仅为本进程的 Remote Control 策略判断，不修改共享策略缓存或磁盘上的组织设置。

验证：

  • 完整测试：216 项通过，14 项跳过；CLI 构建通过。
  • Claude Code 2.1.229 / .238 / .239 / .248 / .309 / .310 的全部 18 个注入点均定位成功。
  • 真实 2.1.310 进程中的临时 Team 拒绝策略验证通过，其他被拒策略仍然拒绝。
  • 尚未完成真实 Team 账号的端到端联调。

更新：

npm install -g control-claude-code@0.2.12

随后通过 control-claude 启动并输入 /rc。官方原生 Remote Control 仍受组织管理员设置约束。
