This PR updates the citation info for the R package according to the publication in Journal of Statistical Software. The docu build is currently failing because the DOI is not yet active (see for example https://github.com/DoubleML/doubleml-docs/actions/runs/7916323876/job/21609928426) I think we'd have to merge this PR once we have the confirmation of JSTATSOFT that the DOI is working. |

The DOI https://doi.org/10.18637%2Fjss.v108.i03 is active now, so we can merge this PR. I just rerun the checks and merge after they are completed |
