Changes between 5.9.1 and 5.9.2

• Print the log with cat(1) in logs read when there is no terminal (thanks @jtrotsky):
  appjail logs read always ran ${PAGER:-less}. When its output is captured by a program and PAGER is unset (doas and sudo clear it), less has no terminal to page on. If the caller is interrupted, that less is left behind and spins at 100% of a core until killed.

  If PAGER is unset and stdout is not a terminal, write the log with cat(1) instead. An explicit PAGER and interactive use are unchanged.
