Escape glob characters in Redis::clearModule() pattern

clearModule() built its SCAN MATCH pattern from the raw prefix and module
name. Redis treats \ * ? [ ] as glob metacharacters, so modules from
namespaced classes (e.g. Gameplay\Items\JumpNode) matched nothing and the
call silently deleted nothing, while names like a*b or a?b could delete
other modules' keys. Escape both prefix and module in a single pass. The
stored key format is unchanged.
