1. v2 and v3 models are now loaded uniformly using the live2d.Model class (some interface names have changed; see the wiki for details)
2. Reduced the amount of default log output
3. Removed the live2d.v3 and live2d.v2cpp modules
4. Viewer now supports both v2 and v3 models
5. Fixed some remaining issues from v2cpp
6. Fixed most conflicts when switching between v2 and v3 models
