Features

• New v3 API mode, aligned with the Ed-Fi API v8 platform. It brings
  consistent resource naming (ODS instances are now "data stores"), simpler
  claim set payloads, and standard Problem Details error responses. The v1
  and v2 modes remain available.
• Instance management: create and delete ODS database instances from a
  template directly through the API, with provisioning handled in the
  background.
• Job status tracking for long-running operations, such as instance
  provisioning and education organization refreshes.
• Education organization endpoints: view the education organizations in each
  ODS instance, kept up to date automatically or refreshed on demand.
• Audit logging of authentication events and administrative actions.
• The Information endpoint now reports the active specification version and
  links to tenancy information and the OpenAPI metadata.

Enhancements

• Duplicate protection for vendors, applications, and API clients in the v3
  mode.
