Upgrade egor from 0.9.0 -> 0.10.0

There were breaking changes not noted in the release notes.
Specifically:

- polygon is gone, you must now use path which has a different interface
  and will panic and explode if you dont match begin/end properly.
- the font positioning seems fixed so that it doesn't go off center
  anymore, which means the draw_centered_text function can ditch the
  extra calculation for now and the rest of the code can stay the same
