• reference/pr-descriptions.md: when a PR's commits aren't independently reviewable (a later commit fixes something an earlier one touched, common in docs work), restructure the description by file or area instead of by commit, say so explicitly near the top, and write for a human reviewer whose first pass is already automated (spend words on judgment calls and verification, not on what a linter or bot first-pass already covers). Cross-linked from SKILL.md's "Deliver on a Branch" and /docs-assist:update's own-PR path.

Version Policy

• Bumped to 0.9.8 on the maintainer's explicit call, the same policy as 0.9.6 and 0.9.7: agent-driven work caps at 0.9.5 by default, and a version bump past that is always the maintainer's decision, not the agent's.
