just jobs=3 ci: rc=0 in 1734 s at 5716e767 (85 of 85 smokes, one EDK2 UhciDxe retry);
just diff-openbsd: rc=0 in 79 s (amd64 and arm64: 107 steps, 104 equal, 3 expected, 0
unexpected); lz drift --security empty; host tests 3010 -> 3229. ci-full: run once for N2
and N3 together at the N3 close (decision 24).
Redesigned: the four crates (kernel, abi, hal, bsd; docs/ZERO_UNSAFE.md v2, decisions
20-24), hal's runtime (Mutexed, Rwlocked, OnceStatic, the pools, malloc, the lists and
trees, the bridges), abi_openbsd.ko (331 syscalls, 2 native; amd64's module window,
decision 37), kernel::pipe with its glue.
