EnergyModelsCO2 v0.8.0

Diff since v0.7.6

This release is strictly speaking not breaking. However, if we utilize EnergyModelsInvestments in an analysis it can be breaking due to the potential for a slightly different model behavior. We decided hence to also make this release breaking to simplify also subsequent bug fix potential for version 0.7.x.
