v0.6.0 — Ubuntu secure-storage recovery · Windows / Ubuntu

This stable release promotes the exact 0.6.0-rc.4 product bytes that passed the full Linux/Windows automated gates and the real affected-machine Ubuntu 24.04 operator gate.

Linux secure-storage startup now handles the real split-session D-Bus condition and the fresh-profile condition where Secret Service is reachable but has no persistent default collection. Recovery remains fail-closed: existing encrypted configuration is never reset or silently re-keyed, no plaintext fallback or raw master-key file is used, and background MCP/Actions/tunnel/chat-approval services remain blocked until secure configuration is Ready.

Identity note: this is intentionally a metadata-only stable promotion. The downloadable installers remain byte-for-byte the accepted RC4 artifacts, so their filenames and embedded/package version remain 0.6.0-rc.4. Rebuilding only to change the embedded version would invalidate the operator-accepted product bytes.

Windows and Ubuntu x86-64 packages are included. macOS is not included. The Windows installer is not commercially code-signed and may show an unknown-publisher warning.
