First test build of OrangeFox R12.0 (Unofficial) for the Exynos 9820/9825 devices.

Warning

Only the Galaxy S10+ (beyond2lte) has been tested on real hardware. Check the
requirements before flashing,
and keep your current recovery image to go back.

Download only the files for your codename: .img for fastboot or a recovery, .tar for Odin (AP slot).
Each file has its own .sha256 checksum: check it with sha256sum -c <file>.sha256.

Changes

  • /data decryption (FBE v2 + metadata encryption) using the TEE, Keymaster and Gatekeeper of the installed ROM.
  • Fixed: the lockscreen PIN could be refused in the ROM after decrypting in the recovery
    (/efs/tee ownership and SELinux labels are now restored).

Testing

Please report every test, even if everything works, with the
test report form.
