GURPS Manual Damage 0.5.4
Fixes the Manual Damage calculator button appearing beside Image Hover portraits. Our generic HUD render listener previously accepted any HUD bound to an actor's token. Image Hover uses that same base class for its artwork window. The fallback now accepts only the actual token HUD or configured token HUD class.
The normal token button and token context-menu entry remain available. Update Manual Damage to 0.5.4 and reload connected clients. No Image Hover change is required. GURPS 4e damage calculations are unchanged.
Validation: 123 unit/integration tests, including a regression modelling Image Hover's inheritance and token binding; Chromium browser suite; formatting and syntax checks; verified release package. The two modules have not been tested together in a live Foundry world for this release.
GURPS Manual Damage 0.5.3
Fixes blank Area Attack explosion distances confirmed in a live Foundry 14.367 session. The 0.5.2 change did not resolve this failure: mixing an elevation-bearing origin with a 2D destination produced an invalid Euclidean distance. Token origins now use fragmentation's working measurement routine directly; template measurements pass clean 2D coordinates and account for elevation separately.
Choose Distance origin, enter the first zero distance, or tick the first Direct hit to calculate unedited distances. Recipients and distances → Reset distances clears previous choices and overrides. Zero distance alone does not mark a direct hit.
Update Manual Damage to 0.5.3 and reload every connected client. No Cones update or macro recreation is needed. GURPS 4e damage rules are unchanged.
Validation: 122 unit/integration tests, Chromium UI tests (including all distance controls and manual overrides), formatting, syntax, and verified package build.
GURPS Manual Damage 0.5.2
Area Attack copied the selected origin's point object with object spread. When x/y are exposed through non-enumerable or inherited coordinate getters, that copy loses the coordinates and measurement leaves the recipient distances blank. Fragmentation reads x/y directly and succeeds with the same point objects.
Read the origin's x/y explicitly, preserving scene ID and elevation. Manual distance overrides, direct-hit semantics and GURPS 4e calculations are unchanged. Added regression tests reproduce the area-versus-fragmentation difference before the fix and verify coordinates, elevation, template origins and manual overrides after it.
Update Manual Damage to 0.5.2 and reload all connected clients. No Cones update or saved-macro changes are required. Select Distance origin, or nominate the first origin with zero distance/Direct hit; use Reset distances to clear a previous origin and overrides.
This addresses a reproduced code defect consistent with the user report; the affected user's actual point-object implementation has not been inspected. Live verification from that user is still needed.

GURPS Manual Damage 0.5.1
Fixes "Manual damage: Cannot set property template ... which has only a getter" when opening Area Attack, including after selecting multiple tokens and using /add.
The area helper now keeps its Region snapshot separate from Foundry's read-only Application template property. The fix covers /add area, /add explosion, saved area profiles, template refresh and Cones handoff. No GURPS 4e damage rules or profile formats changed.
Update Manual Damage to 0.5.1 and reload all connected clients. Cones does not need an update, and existing saved macros remain compatible.
Stable manifest: https://github.com/Farmeroz/gurps-manual-add/releases/latest/download/module.json
Validation: reproduced the reported getter error before the fix; all 120 automated tests, Chromium UI checks, formatting/syntax and clean package verification pass. Regression tests model the Foundry getter-only property, selected recipients, saved profiles and snapshot refresh. Live Foundry verification is not claimed.
GURPS Manual Damage 0.5.0
Stable release for reusable damage profiles in GURPS 4e / Foundry VTT 14 / GGA 0.18.x.
Install manifest:
https://github.com/Farmeroz/gurps-manual-add/releases/latest/download/module.json
- ADD: expand Attack options and choose Save attack as macro. This saves current basic damage as a fixed value, including attack type/divisor/location, custom multiplier and native half-damage/shotgun choices.
- Roller, area damage and fragmentation: use the secondary Profiles section to save dice/fixed inputs, mode and roll settings. Fragmentation also retains airburst.
- Find the new macro in Macros and drag it onto the hotbar. Running it opens review for current selected recipients without rolling or applying injury automatically.
- With Cones 0.3.0: run a shape macro, place, Send area to Manual Damage, then run an area damage macro to load its settings into that fresh helper. Reset prepared results before replacing settings. Review template radius, coverage and distances.
- Old recipients, distances, results, defender DR/traits and Layered Armour overrides are not saved. Save from the roller to preserve a dice formula; ADD saves a fixed number.
User documentation and live-test guidance are included. Local automated checks passed: 119 tests, native GGA calculator integration, Chromium UI suite, formatting/syntax and package verification. Automated tests do not substitute for connected-world verification.
Upgrade from an rc build using the stable manifest above, confirm 0.5.0 in Manage Modules and reload connected clients. Existing rc profile macros remain compatible. Stable installations can use Foundry's normal update check.
GURPS Manual Damage 0.5.0-rc1 - saved damage profiles

This is a prerelease. Stable/latest remains 0.4.0. To return to stable, install using https://github.com/Farmeroz/gurps-manual-add/releases/latest/download/module.json and reload connected clients. Newly generated profile macros require 0.5.0-rc1 or later.
GURPS Manual Damage 0.4.0
Area attack helper for GURPS 4e, with a compact UI that reveals only relevant controls.
- Uniform AoE gives every included recipient the same fixed or shared rolled basic damage, without falloff.
- Explosion mode reviews distances, direct hits, radius and B414 collateral falloff. Separate rolls are the default; a shared-roll GM shortcut is available.
- Cone mode uses the supplied shape with no falloff. Cones 0.2.0 can send circle/cone Region recipients directly into this helper.
- Prepare damage records results; Review in ADD opens the per-recipient injury reviews. Prepared inputs lock, discards require confirmation, and retries retain dice.
Try /add area or /add explosion. In an existing ADD, use Attack options → Area attack. In the standalone roller, expand Area attacks. Secondary controls and detailed rules are collapsed to avoid clutter.
Layered Armour needs no feature update; incomplete NPCs retain explicit manual DR review. See the README for coverage, refresh, blast/fragment separation and exceptions. Special Dissipation, internal/contact explosions and enhanced falloff require separate adjudication.
Stable release. Automated/native integration and Chromium workflow checks passed. Install both modules for the template handoff. If upgrading from a prerelease, use the stable manifest so future updates follow stable releases, then reload clients.

GURPS Manual Damage 0.3.3
What's Changed
Full Changelog: v0.3.2...v0.3.3
Manual Apply Damage 0.3.3-rc1
Fixes Attack area selection for actors without a hit-location table. Single-location, large-area and explosion modes remain available and survive rerendering. Reviewed DR is still required; no anatomy or armour average is inferred.
Includes regression tests using GGA's calculator and browser controls. Install this candidate for live testing; stable 0.3.2 remains unchanged.
