FerMatter 0.11.0 Preview 2 (build 13) for Apple Silicon, macOS 14 or later.

  • Use the detailed Fermat portrait consistently across the app, Dock, menu bar and website.
  • Retire Dock face switching; existing preferences and usage history remain preserved.
  • Remove the visible Instant window heading.

Download FerMatter.dmg and drag the app to Applications. This is an unnotarized preview. If macOS blocks first launch, open the app once and then use System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Apple’s instructions.

Homebrew: brew install --cask fermatter/tap/fermatter (or brew upgrade --cask fermatter/tap/fermatter after the tap update). Compiler tools are installed separately; see installation options.

Validation: 150 frontend tests, 147 Rust tests, four real compiler fixtures, clippy, production dependency audits, bundle signature and DMG/PKG payload inspection passed. Native visual and clean-Mac installation checks were not performed. Existing informational Rust dependency advisories remain; this preview is not a notarized stable release.
