Kinora 0.1.1

• Kinora is now open source under the MIT License.
• Every package carries LICENSE.txt and THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt (the licenses of everything it ships, the .NET runtime's included); Settings → Updates → Licenses shows them.
• TMDB attribution in Settings and in the README.
• Screenshots in the README.

Installed copies of 0.1.0 on Windows find this version within a day (or Settings → Updates → Check now) and update themselves.
