Fixes
- Menus on high-DPI screens: the menu bar, its drop-down menus and the context menus now take their size from the monitor the window is on. On some setups (a 4K screen at 175%, a second monitor with another scale, a scale changed without signing out, a remote desktop) their items could stay very small. They now also follow the window when it moves to a monitor with another scale, and are as large as the rest of the app's text.
The Android app has no changes besides the version number.

Both installers upgrade an existing installation; settings, positions and downloaded models are kept. The installers are not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show an "unknown publisher" warning.
