Fixed

• The app could freeze solid when macOS asked for Keychain access. Reading the HTTP API token
  touches the login Keychain, and SecItemCopyMatching blocks on the modal "allow access?"
  prompt when the running binary is not in the item's access control list — which is exactly what
  happens after an update, because an unsigned build's identity is its code hash. The read ran on
  the main actor, so the prompt froze the menu bar, the settings window and every HTTP request
  (they all wait for the main actor) until it was answered. The token is now read off the main
  actor, cached, and served from memory afterwards; the prompt can still appear once per unsigned
  update, but the app stays usable while it is on screen.
