This is a patch release for the previous 0.17.0 release.
It addresses the following issues:
- forall loop: Fixed a regression from 0.17.0: for one element sized Tuples/Maps the loop body was not executed (see KI-15).
- Web Preview: Fixed a regression from 0.16.0 not checking the correct error type when building JSON from the payload.
- O2 optimization: Fixed possible unexpected results or compile errors for some special syntax combinations of unary arithmetic and logical operations, binary arithmetic and bit operations as well as the logical operators and / or.
- TeaStackVM: Continuing a program, which was suspended from a different thread, is possible now.
- TeaStackVM: Fixed an escaped C++ exception if CallFunc finds no function, and an out of bound callstack access when a compiled function is called with too less or too many arguments from outside of the TeaStackVM (e.g., from eval mode or from C++).
- C++ API: Proper cleanup of the file handle in StackVM::Program::Save() and improved program loading from disk.
- Compilers: Improved compile with clang / macOS as well as with clang + Android NDK. Thanks to Graham Asher (GrahamAsher on GitHub) for the contribution and the reports!

It is great for testing / debugging and to run standalone scripts.
