v1.10: games, and installing apps from your phone

Games, and installing apps from your phone.

• Games from the store (new): games anyone can make now play in Games, with best scores, the game-over screen and the home line, like the built-in ones. A game is four Lua functions (API level 4). Store apps in the games category (Dex, Dice, Coin & RPS) are listed in Games too. Hold B on one from the store there to offload or delete it.
• Apps from your phone (new): a fifth tab in the phone portal with the app store. Tap Install and the device downloads the app itself over your saved WiFi, checking each file's size and SHA-256. The apps on the device are listed with Update and Delete, and the store has a search box.
• Phone portal: delete a note from the page (Delete at the bottom of an open note, or slide it left in the list), and a Name card in Settings to name your unidex (its WiFi takes the name on the next start).
• Apps: unidex.frame(ms) (API 3) lets apps animate, and unidex.wifi.scan() (API 2) lists nearby networks.
• Chooser and Dex move to the app store. Your tally and finds are kept: install them from Apps.
• Badge: delete a badge from the picker or from the portal's Tools tab.
• Fixes: notes, timetable, clock and calendar edge cases, saving after a power cut, and the phone hotspot staying on during Sync and Test. See the changelog.
