OmnisRouter 1.2.0

Routing policy v6 is now the default. It's built on the October OmnisBench run of the 5.5 models: coding and maths are measured, every other domain inherits the number of the model it replaced and is labelled that way. Most everyday prompts now go to Haiku 5.5, and anything the router isn't sure about still escalates to Opus 5.5. The shipped models rebuild byte for byte from the commands in routing/BUILD.md.

Prompt-cache hygiene: measure avoidable cache waste in the routed path, recover it
with provably-safe fixes, and report it content-free to OmnisVigil. The Windows tray
shows the figures and lets you turn recovery on and persist the settings. Container
