Summary

UI Style Kit CSS 2.1.0 is a backward-compatible ecosystem upgrade for the v2 line.

Standalone UI improvements

• Adds visual-only full, minified, and focused preset entrypoints for applications that own layout separately.
• Adds manifest.json with preset entrypoints, themes, modes, class capabilities, deprecated structural suffixes, and native-part ownership classifications.
• Rebuilds output around the ordered theme_colors, native_elements, components, presets, and compat_layout cascade layers.
• Expands native element styling, component geometry, accessibility coverage, Axe scans, and the 990-combination browser matrix.

Ecosystem integration

• Adds the canonical interactive-surface-theme.css token/paint bridge for use with interactive-surface-css/state-core.css.
• Preserves default and compatibility bundles while deprecating stateful interactive-surface-bridge and with-bridge paths for future major cleanup.
• Confirms compatibility with the released interactive-surface-css@1.5.0 companion state engine and staged layout-style-css@2.1.0 fixtures.

Verification

• PR CI passed lint/build/unit, Playwright E2E, and UI matrix shards across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.
• Local npm run release:verify passed before release approval, including E2E, Axe, visual smoke, 990 matrix, packed ecosystem compatibility, audit, and pack dry-run.
