What's new since v1.0

• Online two-player rooms — create a room, share the 4-character code, play in real time. No accounts; ephemeral Cloudflare-backed rooms (INTERNET permission is used only for this).
• Local stats +13 achievements (replaces Play Games).
• Custom game variants with BC share codes, plus preset modes.
• Learn mode, 3 AI difficulties, undo/history, sounds & animations.
• Nepali-first UI with English toggle.

Install

• Direct install: baghchal-2.0-r2-release.apk (enable installs from unknown sources).
• Play Console upload: baghchal-2.0-r2-release.aab.
• Same release key as v1.0 — updates in place; Android versionCode 2.
