Bobbit v0.22.0

Upgrading from v0.21.0. This release protects every gateway with authentication by default, including local-only installations, while preserving an explicit loopback-only escape hatch.

✨ New Features

• 🛡️ Secure local gateways by default: Gateway token authentication now applies to loopback binds as well as network-accessible hosts, preventing other local processes from reaching Bobbit without credentials. Trusted local development can explicitly opt out with the loopback-only --no-auth flag.
