Semantic Models and Modeling Concepts

Andrew Crapo edited this page Apr 1, 2019 · 3 revisions

Parts of the ANSWER Knowledge Extraction system are built as an extension to SADL, which provides a structured-English language and integrated development environment for OWL models enhanced with rules, tests, queries, and other model life cycle support features. Semantic models are a formal way of capturing the concepts associated with a domain and are most effective when consistent with the human user's mental models of the domain. For more information on creating semantic models, and on using structured English as a modeling framework, please refer to the documentation and tutorials found on the following sites.
