Source Control Dashboard Improvements

• Discard Changes: Undo icon appears on hover for unstaged files - per-file or "Discard All"
• Stash/Pop: New stash buttons with stash count badge
• Commit History: Now shows 10 commits by default with "Load more" button
• Full Commit Messages: Click commits with body text to expand and see full message
• Granular Timestamps: Shows minutes, hours, days, weeks, months instead of just "today"
• Auto-expand Textarea: Commit message box grows when content is added (up to 10 rows)

Animated Claude Status Icons

• Idle State: Bot icon eyes blink continuously
• Working State: Bot with speech bubble wobbles with animated typing dots
• Both icons now loop their animations automatically when displayed

Dev Script

• Auto-resets package-lock.json during updates (won't block git pull anymore)
