History.jl version 0.3.0

Since version 0.2.2 the following major changes have been made:

• Bugfixes and new features in histsave() (see docstring for details)
• history is now compatible with Julia versions 1.12 & 1.13
• The default prompt is now "history" and is configurable
• The hints that appear in Julia v1.11+ are now much nicer
