V1.1.0 — GM Toolkit and Starter Set

  • Seven bilingual GM Toolkit RollTables with 60 results.
  • Eleven bilingual Starter Set denizen profiles, including both Doctor Rast states and approved mechanical variants.
  • Three dedicated Starter Set equipment tables and provenance for identical Core reprints.
  • Reviewed artwork for all Starter Set Actors; RollTables intentionally retain the neutral die icon.
  • Full EN/FR parity, provenance, UUID, identity, Foundry import, sheet, drag-and-drop, link and table-draw validation.

Qualified on Foundry 14.367 with Fallout 11.17.1. Local CI: 51/51 tests, 6,202 LevelDB records across 36 packs.
