🔖 R-Shell 3.1.1 — macOS RDP Recovery & Session Protection

This patch release signs the complete macOS app bundle and adds localized Local Network guidance with cancellable retries for RDP connections. Quitting now warns about active remote desktop sessions and brings the confirmation window into view. Idle RDP sessions stop sending synthetic Shift input, and bracketed IPv6 hosts remain usable.
