Ganek v0.1.0

First public release.

Ganek is an open-source careers page with skill screening built in: every applicant can take a short, timed quiz, and you interview the ones who show they know the material. The quiz decides who you talk to; the conversation verifies.

Highlights

• Careers page + apply flow you can self-host and brand, SSR with Google Jobs JSON-LD.
• Timed screening quizzes from a curated YAML question bank (difficulty 1-5), server-side timing and scoring, per-tag breakdowns, question pools or hand-built questionnaires.
• Integrity signals, not surveillance: three event types (focus lost, paste, window resize), fully disclosed to candidates before the attempt, informational only. No webcam, no keystrokes, no IP in telemetry.
• Human decisions only: no auto-reject, no auto-advance, no ML anywhere - a deliberate product boundary.
• A full recruiting pipeline: applicant review, notes, stages, bulk actions, team roles, Google Calendar interview scheduling with live availability.
• GDPR-ready by design: per-company privacy notices, retention purge with no off switch, one-click erasure, DSAR export, candidate request routes, and a complete compliance pack in docs/compliance/.
