0.1.2 — renewed active key synchronization

Fixes stale OPENCODE_GO_API_KEY after replacing the active pool key under the same name. A successful usage check now synchronizes the model credential with the renewed key. Dry-run and switch budget remain respected. Adds three regression scenarios; all 17 host scenarios and client tests pass.
