Performance Improvements

 ### GA Engine Optimizations
 - Changed `ensure_unique_items()` from O(n²) to O(n) using set
 - Increased parent selection from top 10 to top 20 for better diversity
 - Used `dict.fromkeys()` for faster stat initialization

v1.1.0: Project cleanup and bug fixes

Changes:
- Add .gitignore to exclude unnecessary files
- Remove duplicate hero_info.csv (same as heroes.csv)
- Remove old backend/frontend/config folders
- Remove __pycache__ from version control
- Fix compare_profiles.py to use correct GA_SETTINGS_EXPERT

System verified working:
- 119 heroes loaded
- 109 items loaded
- All core modules functional
